Mechanical edge-of dock leveler "Minidock" of suspended type has two BR450×250×100 bumpers as standard. Bumpers for the embeded type EOD leveler should be purchased separetely.
Wheel guides. They are used to direct reversing vehicles safely and quickly on to the loading docks thus preventing damages to dock shelters or the building. The guides are designed to minimise possible contact with the truck wheel rim. They are made of steel tubes with 159 mm diameter and positioned in front of the loading bay. These wheel guides are fixed to the surface with anchor bolts or embedded into a concrete foundation.
Safety fences. Fences are placed inside the premise to protect the walls from collisions with forklifts, ensuring correct and safe movement of the vehicle inside the premises and near the loading dock. Fences are made of steel tubes of 100–159 mm diameter, may have any design and be manufactured in accordance with customer’s orders.
Shock columns. Designed to prevent forklifts from damaging vertical angles of sectional doors used in loading bays. Shock columns are installed inside the premise in front of the door vertical angle. Available in any diameter from 100 to 159 mm.
Molded rubber bumpers 250 × 250 × 100 mm. Standard. Product number BR250×250×100. Ensure safe truck movement reversing into the loading dock, protect the building walls. For mounting dimensions, please, refer to drawings.
