Frame buildings according to an individual project

Frame buildings, made according to an individual project, are distinguished by a variety of architectural and planning solutions. They are widely used in industrial, agricultural, transport logistics and trade facilities. The frames of such buildings can be made using either metal or reinforced concrete columns, which makes it possible to take into account various conditions in terms of fire safety requirements and environmental aggressiveness.
Application:
  • Industrial and warehouse complexes
  • Industrial buildings for various purposes
  • Buildings for agriculture
  • Logistics centers
  • Sports and recreation complexes
  • Shopping and entertainment complexes
Advantages
Allows you to link all sections together, eliminate possible collisions and intersections and determine optimal technical and economic indicators.
Dimensions and characteristics are determined by the customer based on the technology requirements and his wishes.
This is achieved by taking into account all possible natural factors (temperature, seismological, man-made) during design.
The wide range of DoorHan products allows you to equip any construction site with all the necessary equipment (gates, technical and refrigeration doors, loading equipment, stained glass structures, etc.).
Designing BIM models of a building based on standard design solutions significantly reduces the time required to prepare production and price specifications, as well as working design documentation.
The frames of such buildings can be made using either metal or reinforced concrete columns, which makes it possible to implement various architectural solutions and layouts, taking into account the customer’s wishes regarding the size and characteristics of future premises.

1. Buildings and structures based on a metal frame must be systematically maintained in order to prevent the destructive effects of atmospheric, climatic and man-made factors.

2. It is necessary to timely carry out a set of operations to maintain the serviceability and serviceability of buildings, their individual parts and structural elements.

3. During the operation, maintenance, technological re-equipment and repair of a building or structure based on a metal frame, it is prohibited to change their design solutions, to carry out work to strengthen building structures without a design or agreement with a design organization or other specialized organization.

4. It is prohibited to make changes that affect the load-bearing capacity of structures without agreement with the design organization.

5. It is necessary to comply with the operating conditions of individual building components: external steel doors, gates, plastic windows. When operating, follow the manufacturer's instructions.

6. It is necessary to carry out regular maintenance of the roof of the building: clear snow from the roof, clean gutters, drain funnels and drainpipes.

7. To prevent icing of the drainage system, it is recommended to install heating cables in gutters and pipes.

8. During periods of heavy snowfall, regularly check the amount of snow on the roof. If the weight of the snow cover on the roof exceeds the requirements of regulatory documents of the Russian Federation, immediately clear the excess snow from the roof.

9. Buildings can be operated at temperatures from -55 to +55 °C.

10. When operating buildings, fire safety rules must be observed.

Additional Information print

1. The following structural designs of the load-bearing frame are possible: frame, hinged, mixed. The frame can have various static schemes, optimally selected for a specific case.

2. Frames are designed and manufactured taking into account the possibility of installing various crane equipment in them: overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 5 tons and support cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 100 tons.

3. Buildings can be single-span or multi-span, with spans up to 100 m.

4. When designing interfloor slabs, the grid of columns tailored to the client’s needs is taken into account.

5. Bracing system: the rigidity of the building frame as a whole is ensured by a system of vertical and horizontal bracings and struts. The connections can be made in both flexible (with pre-tensioning) and rigid versions (rolled, welded elements). Type of connections used: cross, portal.

6. The building may have a parapet of various configurations: horizontal, stepped, along a slope.

7. The roof of a building can have the following configuration: single-slope, gable, multi-slope, hip.

8. The design of the building may include: canopies, extensions, canopies, passages.

9. All structures are shot blasted to SA 2.5. All elements of the main supporting frame are coated with a primer (red-brown or gray, coating thickness 80µm).

10. The delivery set includes anchor bolts, metal structures, bolts for connecting elements.

11. Secondary structures: made of galvanized Z-, C-, ∑-profiles. They are mounted both on a crossbar or column, and in the body of a crossbar or column. Connections to the supporting frame and to each other are bolted.

12. The enclosing structures are also equipped with all additional and fastening elements.

13. The system allows you to freely integrate traditional materials such as glass, concrete, brick, etc.

  1. Prepare storage areas for elements of a complete building.
  2. Equip the construction site with the machinery and equipment necessary to carry out the installation of a complete building.
  3. Perform the necessary zero cycle work.
  4. Extend the building axes to the terrain.
  5. Pour the foundations under the supporting frame and install the anchor bolts in the design position.
  6. Carry out a geodetic survey of the top of the foundations and determine possible deviations in the position of the anchor bolts from the design one.
  7. The results of geodetic survey should be formalized properly.
  8. If there are deviations in the position of the anchor bolts from the design, send information to the design department of the DoorHan concern to make a decision on the subsequent installation of structures.
  9. Foundations must be designed in such a way as to absorb all the necessary loads from the load-bearing and enclosing structures of a complete building.
Deviation of the position of the axes of the object under construction from the design ones is not allowed.
Deviations of the position of anchor bolts from the design are allowed by no more than 3 mm.
When carrying out installation work, it is necessary to comply with safety requirements.
