Dock leveler
Side sealing between deck and frame
Wheel guides. They are used to direct reversing vehicles safely and quickly on to the loading docks thus preventing damages to dock shelters or the building. The guides are designed to minimise possible contact with the truck wheel rim. They are made of steel tubes with 159 mm diameter and positioned in front of the loading dock. These wheel guides are fixed to the surface with anchor bolts or embedded into a concrete foundation.
Safety fences. Fences are placed inside the premise to protect the walls from collisions with forklifts, ensuring correct and safe movement of the vehicle inside the premises and near the loading dock. Fences are made of steel tubes of 100–159 mm diameter, may have any design and be manufactured in accordance with customer’s orders.
Shock columns. Designed to prevent forklifts from damaging vertical angles of sectional doors used in loading docks. Shock columns are installed inside the premise in front of the doors vertical angle. Available in any diameter from 100 to 159 mm.
Molded rubber bumpers 250 × 250 × 100 mm. Standard. Product number BR250×250×100. Ensure safe truck movement reversing into the loading dock, protect the building walls. For mounting dimensions, please, refer to drawings.
Molded rubber bumpers 450 × 250 × 100 mm. Standard. Product number BR450×250×100. Ensure safe truck movement reversing into the loading dock, protect the building walls. For mounting dimensions, please, refer to drawings.
Molded rubber bumpers 510 × 250 × 330 mm (external dimensions), console type. Based on rubber bumper 450 × 250 × 100 mm. Product number BRC510×250×330. Ensure safe truck movement reversing into the loading dock, protect the building walls. Used when truck load bed is higher than the ramp. For mounting dimensions, please, refer to drawings.
Molded rubber bumpers 600 × 364 × 110 mm (external dimensions), moving. Based on rubber bumper 450 × 250 × 100 mm. Product number BRM600×364×110. Move up and down following vehicle raising and lowering as the suspension floats during the loading/unloading cycle. Has greater service life. For mounting dimensions, please, refer to drawings.
Steel face dock bumpers 465 × 250 × 165 mm (external dimensions) with 16 mm steel plate and parking sensor. Based on rubber bumper 450 × 250 × 100 mm. Product number BRSP(16)465×250×165S. Consist of a rubber bumper 450 × 250 × 100 mm covered with durable steel plate and parking sensor. Steel face improves life expectancy of the rubber bumper and protects it from damaging by parking vehicle and during loading/unloading cycle. Manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t cover steel plate replacement in case of wear and deformation due to its extreme abnormal wear. These dock bumpers are used together with parking radar. For mounting dimensions, please, refer to drawings.
LED dock light is used to illuminate the loading dock.
Standard lip 400 mm. 35 mm bevel. Whole rectangular lip for trucks with one-size load bed.
Wedge-shaped lip. 35 mm bevel. Whole, without segments. Such levelers are ideal for trucks with different-size load beds or in case a truck parks not in the center of the loading dock preventing truck damage.
Lip without bend. 35 mm bevel. Whole, without segments. Rectangular lip ideal for trucks with one-size load bed and loaders with low or very low clearance.
