Complete block-modular buildings with combined floor frames

Buildings made of block-modular structures are multifunctional prefabricated structures, the structural unit of which is a prefabricated mobile block module, which has a high degree of readiness before assembly of the object. Such buildings are characterized by speed of production and installation on site, mobility, and the possibility of installation in hard-to-reach regions. They are used as administrative and welfare complexes, rotation camps, camps for temporary residence, canteens, dormitories, offices, security posts, checkpoints, control rooms, block modules for technical and domestic needs, laboratories, etc.
Application:
  • Residential and public block-modular buildings, dormitories
  • Administrative and residential block-modular buildings
  • Block-modular buildings for rotational camps for the oil and gas sector and other industries related to mining in remote regions
  • Block-modular buildings for the organization of office, administrative and domestic premises for commercial organizations
Advantages
The frame frame, made of steel grade no lower than 09G2S with a thickness of at least 4 mm, with high-quality powder coating, ensures a long service life and resistance of the structure to external influences. The metal frame and uprights are treated with an automatic shot blasting machine before powder coating for the most effective corrosion protection.
We guarantee compliance with capital construction standards and fire safety requirements through the use of non-flammable, reliable and high-tech materials and structures (building sandwich panels filled with mineral wool with a density of at least 100 kg/m³, powder-coated metal structures).
In-house production of all components for modular buildings (metal structures, sandaich panels, mineral wool, etc.), a large warehouse stock of metal, and in-house production for painting coiled steel guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines.
Delivery of modular buildings is carried out disassembled in the most reliable form “DoorHan Eco Pack”, which is a pack of frames, without interlayer, with panels; in this case, the external panels of the building are placed in transport packaging; window and door units are packaged separately. This form allows the product to be delivered to the construction site without damage.
DoorHan's extensive network of factories and production and warehouse complexes guarantees that the distance between the construction site and the manufacturing plant will be no more than 3 500 km, which, coupled with compact packaging of products, allows us to maintain delivery costs at an acceptable level.

1. During the operation of modular buildings, it is necessary to comply with the operating conditions of individual components: external steel doors, interior doors, plastic windows, enclosing structures, utilities. When operating these structures, you must follow the manufacturers' instructions.

2. Modular buildings can be operated at temperatures from -50 to +50 °C and in any climate zone.

3. During the operation of modular buildings, it is necessary to perform maintenance at least once a year, and it is also recommended before the summer and winter seasons.

4. During the operation of modular buildings, it is necessary to maintain the recommended room temperature and humidity, maintain cleanliness and order in the premises, promptly remove snow from the roof and the area adjacent to the building in winter, and perform scheduled checks of fire extinguishing and grounding systems.

5. When operating modular buildings, fire safety rules must be observed.

6. During operation, it is prohibited to make changes to the design that have not been agreed upon with the manufacturer, which may affect the operating conditions of the modular building.

7. The permitted load on the floor frame of a modular building made from standard household block modules should not exceed 200 kg per m²; loads on the additional roof of a modular building are regulated by the design documentation.
