1. People who have studied this manual are allowed to operate the EFFECT LIGHT house kit.
2. It is not allowed to attach equipment, engineering systems, furniture and various devices to structures and elements of the house kit in places not provided for in the working documentation or operating instructions.
3. It is prohibited to independently make changes to the design of the components of the house kit and install additional equipment.
4. It is prohibited to carry out work (drilling, cutting, etc.) that damages the paint and varnish coating of painted steel structures of the house kit. The operating conditions of the house kit must comply with GOST 22853-86. Operating air temperature values during operation must comply with GOST 22853-86 and range from -40 to +45 °C.
5. It is prohibited to operate the house without ventilation.
6. During operation, preventive inspections, maintenance and repairs should be carried out in accordance with the operation manual. It is allowed to repair paintwork damaged during transportation of products, loading and unloading or construction and installation works, using repair materials similar to the materials of the main coating.
7. Installation of home-made heating and electric heating devices and appliances in the house kit is not allowed.
8. The use of open fire for lighting or other purposes is not allowed. Electrical wiring in a house kit must be installed by a qualified electrician.
9. During operation, the house kit must be equipped with fire extinguishing means.
10. It is prohibited to place sources of open fire in close proximity to the house kit.

The warranty period is calculated from the date of signing the universal transfer documents and is 5 years, provided that the consumer complies with all rules of operation, transportation, storage and installation.
Complaints can be made during the warranty period, provided that the consumer complies with the requirements of the instructions for operating the building with the drawing up of a claim statement containing:
• the name of the organization in which the building is operated, its postal address,
• the date of receipt of the building from manufacturer,
• nature of the damage and the conditions under which it occurred,
• conclusion of the commission with the participation of a representative of the interested party.
Changes to the design of the EFFECT house kit not agreed with the supplier are not covered by the supplier's warranty.
